A. Kaye Kenney was a Republican candidate for District 38B of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Kenney was defeated by Mike McDermott and Marty Pusey in the September 14 Republican primary. Norman Conway (D) and McDermott defeated Gee Williams (D) and Pusey.

Note: Incumbent James Mathias, Jr. (D) did not seek re-election but instead ran for the District 38 senate seat.[1]
