Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by LOOM Lodge 2382, dba Lowell Moose Lodge 2382, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a fraternal organization at 11561 S.R. 60, Lowell (Adams Township), Ohio 45744 in this precinct?
