A Proposed City Charter for the City of Costa Mesa, Measure V ballot question was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in the City of Costa Mesa in Orange County, where it was defeated.

Measure V would have made the City of Costa Mesa a charter city. Measure V set forth a proposed city charter, which would have been adopted if Measure V was approved.
