Allen Maxwell was a Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing the 10th District from 2005 to 2011.

Maxwell is a retired human resources manager.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Maxwell won re-election to the 10th District Seat in the Arkansas House of Representatives, running unopposed in the general election.[3]
