If approved, this measure rezones certain property described below from a Low Density One-Family Residential district to a R-4 Medium Density Multiple Family Residential district.

|“||Shall Ordinance 2012-9, which was adopted by the Allendale Charter Township Board on November 12, 2012, and which conditionally rezoned property located at 10686 52nd Avenue and 10520 52nd Avenue from the R-1 Low Density One-Family Residential District to the R-4 Medium Density Multiple Family Residential / Office District, and which approved the conditions voluntarily offered by the property owner that include requiring the property owner to (1) provide a 100 foot wide landscaped buffer all along the 52nd Avenue Right of Way and also along a portion of the northern property line, and extend Campus West Drive to connect with either 52nd Avenue or Pierce Street, as mutually agreed upon by the Township Board and the property owner at the time the property is developed, take effect?||”|
