Andy Welti (b. May 28, 1980) was a Democratic-Farmer-Labor member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. He represented District 30B from 2005 to 2011. He served as an Assistant Majority Leader. He was defeated in the 2010 general election.

Welti is a teacher. He earned his B.S. in Secondary Social Studies Education from Minnesota State University - Mankato.[1]

Welti ran for re-election to the District 30B seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Mike Benson (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]
