An Annexation of City of Maywood properties by the Los Angeles Unified School District, Measure MS ballot question was on the November 3, 2009 ballot for voters in the City of Maywood in Los Angeles County, where it was approved. Measure MS was an advisory vote only.

Measure MS asked whether the voters in the City of Maywood thought that the Los Angeles Unified School District should acquire "by negotiated sale or eminent domain" a constellation of properties in the City of Maywood including "10 single family parcels, 29 multi-family parcels, 7 commercial parcels and 1 vacant parcel within a site bounded by Slauson Avenue to the south, 57th Avenue to the north, King Avenue to the west and Mayflower Avenue to the east for the construction of the new South Region No. 8 High School."

Measure MS was an advisory vote. The outcome of the election on Measure MS did not oblige any governmental entity to change or adopt any particular outcome.

Measure MS was on the same ballot as a related advisory-only measure, Measure SC. Unlike Measure MS, Measure SC, which urged LAUSD to "fully and adequately investigate the selection of other sites for the construction of the new South Region No. 8 High School," was approved.
