Ansonia, Arcanum & Mississinawa School District Income Tax Measures, 3 (November 2010)

Three School District Income Tax Measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the school districts of Ansonia, Arcanum and Mississinawa, which are in Darke County.

All three measures were approved

These three measures asked residents in their areas to add an income tax to benefit schools to the current tax rate. The Arcanum and Mississinawa schools sought a .75 percent income tax for a period of five years in order to help pay for current expenses. The Ansonia school district sought a 1 percent income tax measure also for five years to help pay for their current expenses.[1]
