Anthony Culler was a 2014 Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 6th Congressional District of South Carolina.[1] Culler defeated Dr. Leon Winn, a preacher and first vice-chairman of the Sumter County Republican Party in Sumter, S.C., in the Republican primary.[2] Anthony Culler lost the general election on November 4, 2014.
