An Antrim Township Ambulance Levy Implementation measure was on the August 7, 2012 ballot in the township of Antrim, which is in Shiawassee County.

This measure sought to implement a ambulance levy which would be set at a rate of $45 per year for a period of four years in order to pay for ambulance services offered in the township. It was approved.

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

Shall Antrim Township be authorized to levy a Special Assessment on each household in the amount of $45.00 per year for the exclusive purpose of using the money received to provide ambulance service for the entire Township and to levy such a Special Assessment each year for four years for the period of 2012 through 2015 inclusive with the first assessment collected during the Winter Tax Roll 2012. The Township estimates that it will collect $38,250.00 in the first calendar year if this proposal is approved.[1][2]
