The Appropriations Committee is a standing committee of the Delaware House of Representatives.

Per the House Rules, committees of the Delaware House of Representatives are assigned by the Speaker of the House.[1] Committees are assigned at the beginning of each legislative session. [2] Any vacancies that have occurred will be filled by the Speaker of the House.[3] The Speaker shall appoint a chairperson of each committee, and may designate a vice-chairperson to act as the chairperson in the chairperson's absence.[4] Four members or a majority make up a committee's quorum. [5]
