April Mastroluca (b. 1968) is a former Democratic member of the Nevada Assembly, representing the 29th District from 2008 to 2012. Mastroluca resigned on November 29, 2012 following election to a third term, saying that "personal family reasons" prompted her to leave the Assembly.[1] She was replaced by Lesley Cohen.

Mastroluca is a national service representative supervisor for the National Parent Teacher Association. She and her husband, Dan, have two children.
