The Arizona Gasoline Tax Revenues Distributed Amongst Cities Act, also known as Proposition 9, was on the November 5, 1940 ballot in Arizona as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have distributed revenues from the gasoline tax amongst cities.[1]
