The Arizona Legality of Labor Protests Act, also known as Proposition 6, was on the November 4, 1952 ballot in Arizona as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure prohibited secondary boycotts, prescribed the conditions under which picketing shall be legal and prescribed penalties for disobeying such law.[1]
