The Arizona Legislative Redistricting by County Amendment, also known as Proposition 3, was on the November 4, 1930 ballot in Arizona as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have redistricted legislative districts and reapportioned the number of senators and representatives amongst counties.[1]
