The Arizona Motor Vehicle Department Act, also known as Proposition 9, was on the November 6, 1928 ballot in Arizona as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have created the Motor Vehicle Department of Arizona to regulate motor vehicles.[1]
