Arizona Regulation of Gambling, Proposition 6 (1950)
The Arizona Regulation of Gambling Act, also known as Proposition 6, was on the September 12, 1950 ballot in Arizona as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have created a Department of State Control of Gambling to regulate, license and authorize gambling operations.
