The Arizona Removal of Bank Stockholders’ Double Liability Amendment, also known as Proposition 1, was on the September 12, 1950 ballot in Arizona as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have removed the double liability assumed by owners of bank shares.[1]
