The Arizona State Executive Department Amendment, also known as Proposition 5, was on the September 12, 1922 ballot in Arizona as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have established the offices in the state’s executive department and elections of candidates for such offices.[1]
