Arizona State Racing Commission, Proposition 4 (1924)
The Arizona State Racing Commission Act, also known as Proposition 4, was on the November 4, 1924 ballot in Arizona as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have created a State Racing Commission to regulate the racing of horses in the state.
