The Arizona Vehicle and Gas Tax Revenues Amendment, also known as Proposition 4, was on the November 3, 1970 ballot in Arizona as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for the use and distribution of vehicle, user, gasoline and diesel tax revenues.[1]
