The Arizona Workers' Compensation Insurance Act, also known as Proposition 1, was on the November 3, 1936 ballot in Arizona as a legislatively-referred state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have redefined rules and regulations regarding workers' compensation insurance.[1]
