An amendment extending the term limits applicable to members of the Arkansas House of Representatives from three two-year terms to six two-year terms and the term limits applicable to the members of the Arkansas Senate from two four-year terms to three four-year terms.
Arkansans for Term Limits That Work donated $408,555 towards the campaign, as well as Arkansans For Voter Rights who donated $8,550. Oponents of the measure include Citizens In Charge who spent $620,134 against the measure, and Save Term Limits who spent $494,221.
