Assembly Bill 340, Wisconsin 2010
Assembly Bill 340 is one of a series of bills that was designed to limit access to the Wisconsin Circuit Court Automation Program. AB 340 allows individuals who have an eviction record or wrongful conviction to be removed from the system if the circuit court did not reach a conviction or a civil liability judgment. This would have been done by having the individual file a request with the Director of the Wisconsin State Court System.
