|Shall the previously voted increase in the authorized charter millage for the Charter Township of Bath which may be assessed on all property as defined by law within said Township be renewed at three (3) mills ($3.00 per $1,000.00 of taxable valuation) for a period of two (2) years, 2012 through 2013, inclusive, for the purpose of defraying, in whole or in part, the cost of operating the Bath Charter Township Police Department and Bath Charter Township Fire Department, and for acquisition, repair, replacement, maintenance and housing of the equipment and apparatus of said Departments, which levy is estimated to raise, in the first year of the levy, an estimated $1,058,095.54. This is a renewal of previously authorized millage which expired with the 2011 tax levy.|
