Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Riser Foods Co dba Bedford GetGo 3833, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood convenience store at 400 Northfield Road, Bedford, OH 44146 in this precinct?[2]

Language on the ballot for second measure:

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Wal Mart tores East LP dba Wal Mart 4342, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood store at 22209 ockside Road, Bedford, OH 44146 in this precinct?[1][2]
