A Bloom Township Roads Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Fairfield County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Bloom to renew a property tax levy of 3 mills ($3 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for a continuing period of time in order to fund street maintenance and construction.[1]
