Bob Biggins (b. October 20, 1946) was a Republican member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 41st District from 1993 to 2011.

Biggins worked as an Assessor for Addison Township from 1973-1977, and has been a real estate tax consultant.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Suburban Bank of Elmhurst.[1]
