Bob Bryant (b. August 11, 1944) is a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 162. He was first elected to the chamber in 2004.

Bryant served on the Garden City Council from 1995 to 2004.

Biography

Bryant's professional experience includes working as a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Savannah, Sanitation Superintendent for Savannah, and Operations Manager/General Manager of WEAS FM Radio Station. He served as a Sergeant First Class in the United States Army from 1962 to 1982.

Bryant ran for re-election to the 160th District seat in 2010. He did not have any opposition in the July 20 primary. Bryant defeated Joseph Woods (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[4]
