Bob Cupp (b. November 9, 1950) is a Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 4. He was first elected to the chamber in 2014.

Cupp served on the Ohio Supreme Court from 2006 to 2013.


Cupp earned his B.S. and J.D. from Ohio Northern University in 1973 and 1976, respectively.[1]

Elections for the office of Ohio House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 6, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 5, 2014. Bo Huenke was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Bob Cupp defeated Kurt Neeper in the Republican primary. Cupp defeated Huenke in the general election.[2]
