Bob Leeper (b. December 8, 1958) is an Independent member of the Kentucky State Senate, representing District 2. He was first elected to the chamber in 1990. Leeper served as Mayor Pro Tempore for the City of Paducah and Commissioner of the City of Paducah.

Leeper attended both Sherman College of Chiropractic and Paducah Community College. His professional experience includes working as a Chiropractor.

On November 7, 2006, Leeper won re-election to the 2nd District Seat in the Kentucky State Senate, defeating opponents Carroll Hubbard (D) and Neil F. Archer (R).[3] Leeper raised $108,366 for his campaign, while Hubbard raised $250,223 and Archer raised $160,478.[4]
