Bob Parker was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 8th Congressional District of Missouri. Parker was defeated by incumbent Jo Ann Emerson in the Republican primary on August 7, 2012.[1]

Biography

Parker is a rancher and real estate agent in southern Missouri. He has served on many boards, including his local school board, DHIA, Extension council, Farm Bureau [until voted off because of his opposition to NAIS]. He is also a former member of the Republican Central committee in Texas County.[2]
