Bob Smith (b. January 21, 1953) was a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing the 113th District from 1999-2011. He switched from the Democratic Party to Republican in 1979. Smith did not seek re-election in 2010.

Smith is a Real Estate Broker with Oconee Properties, Incorporated, and a Real Estate Broker/Appraiser with Smith, Rawlins, and Associates.

He is a member of the Oconee County Arts Foundation Board, Oconee County Chamber of Commmerce, Oconee County Rotary Club, Ashford Memorial Methodist Church, Athens Technical College Foundation Board, Athens Area Board of Realtors, Clarke-Oconee Cattlemen's Association, Heartland Institute Board of Legislative Advisors, and was a founding member of the Oconee County Relay for Life Organization.[1]
