Bobby Glover (b. July 5, 1936) is a former Democratic member of the Arkansas State Senate, representing District 28 from 2003 to 2011. He served as Senate Assistant Pro Tempore.

Glover has been a State Representative for Mayor of the City of Carlisle. He was also a Delegate at the Arkansas Constitutional Convention. He then served in the Arkansas State House of Representatives from 1999 to 2002.
