Bonnie Parnell (b. June 22, 1946) is a former Democratic member of the Nevada Assembly, representing District 40 from 2004 to 2010. She previously served from 1999 to 2002. Parnell did not seek re-election in 2010 for personal reasons.[1]

Biography

Parnell earned her B.A. in History and her Master's Equivalence in Education Endorsement from Long Beach State University. Her professional experience includes working as a public policy consultant and has worked as a teacher.[2]

On November 4, 2008, Parnell won re-election to the District 40 Seat in the Nevada Assembly, defeating opponents Cheryl Lau and John Wagner.[3]
