|“|| CANDIDATES FOR MUNICIPAL OFFICE SHALL RESIDE IN THE DISTRICT FOR WHICH THEY ARE SEEKING OFFICE
A Commissioner must reside in their district at the time of their election. The Charter makes no provision addressing a change in boundaries of districts. Shall the Charter be amended to provide that a member of the Commission be permitted to retain office until the end of their term if a boundary change results in the Commissioner no longer being a resident of the district to which they were elected?
