A Breckenridge Town Marijuana Sales Tax Increase measure was on the November 1, 2011 ballot in the town of Breckenridge which is in Summit County.

This measure sought to increase the current sales tax on marijuana products to a rate of 5 percent for one year in order to further pay for drug and alcohol programs, law enforcement costs and support drug facilities in the town.[2]

Current Statewide

A 2013 statewide measure, Amendment 66, would authorize Colorado to increase taxes with an expected revenue increase of $950 million for school funding.[3]
