Brentwood School District Tax Levy Question (April 2013)
This measure authorized the Brentwood School District to increase its property tax levy by 7.5 mills ($7.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) in order to fund the operation of the district. This increase would result in the total operating property tax levy of 46.9 mills ($46.9 per $1,000 of assessed valuation).

|“||Shall the school board of the Brentwood School District be authorized to increase the operating tax levy for purposes of paying
the increased costs associated with building and facility maintenance, maintaining a high quality staff, and other school operational needs by seventy-five cents ($0.75) per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted operating levy of the school district is estimated to be $4.69 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation.
