Brian Renegar (b. September 16, 1950) is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 17. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006. He replaced Al McAffrey as Assistant Minority Floor Leader in 2012.

Biography

Renegar earned his B.S. from Northeastern Oklahoma State University in 1972, and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 1976. His professional experience includes working as a vetenarian, and as the owner of the Renegar Inn. [1]

Elections for the office of Oklahoma House of Representatives will consist of a primary election on June 24, 2014, and a general election on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 11, 2014. Incumbent Brian Renegar is unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Micah Thompson will face Paul Marean in the Republican primary.[1]
