The general election will take place on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 3, 2014. Camille Bennett was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Buddy Fisher defeated Trent Eilts in the Republican primary. Bennett will face Fisher in the general election.[2][3]
