|“||SHALL BUEANA VISTA SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. R-31 TAXES BE INCREASES $900,000 ANNUALLY (THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT WHICH MAY BE COLLECTED IN ANY FISCAL YEAR), BEGINNING IN TAX COLLECTION YEAR 2013 AND FOR EACH FISCAL YEAR THEREAFTER, BY AN ADDITIONAL PROPERTY TAX MILL LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE LEVY AUTHORIZED FOR THE DISTRICT'S GENERAL FUND, WITHOUT LIMITATION AS TO RATE, PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 22-54-108, C.R.S., SUCH ADDITIONAL REVENUES TO BE DEPOSITED IN THE GENERAL FUND AND USED FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: RESTORE TEACHING POSITIONS AND TRAINING THAT WERE CUT AS A RESULT OF THE STATE RESCISSIONS; RESUME ACQUISITION OF TEXTBOOKS AND CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY; ADJUSTING THE DISTRICT WAGE SCALE TO BE MORE COMPETITIVE IN ORDER TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN EXCELLENT FACULTY AND STAFF; ADDRESS CRITICAL PROGRAM NEEDS; AND SHALL THE DISTRICT BE AUTHORIZED TO CLLECT, RETAIN AND SPEND ALL REVENUES FROM SUCH TAXES AND TEH EARNINGS FROM THE INVESTMENT OF SUCH REVENUES AS A VOTER APPROVED REVENUE AS A VOTER APPROVED REVENUE CHANGE AND AN EXCEPTION TO LIMITS WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE APPLY UNDER ARTICLE X, SECTION 20 OF TEH COLORADO CONSTITUTION?
