Caldwell County Sales Tax Question (April 2013)
If approved, this measure authorizes the County Caldwell to continue for four years a 1/2 percent sales tax in order to purchase gravel for the purposes outlined below in the text of the measure.

|“||Shall the county of Caldwell impose a county wide sales tax at the rate of one-half of one percent for a period of four (4) years form the date on which such tax is first imposed for the purpose of purchase of gravel to be used for roads, distributed between each township of the county based on the number of miles of gravel roads?
THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS SALES TAX IS A CONTINUATION OF THE ONE-HALF CENT SALES TAX FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT AS APPROVED BY THE VOTERS ON APRIL 6, 1993, FOR FOUR YEARS, FOR AN ADDITIONAL FOUR YEARS 2014,2015, 2016, 2017.
