California Proposition 14 was on the November 3, 1964 ballot in California as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved.

Proposition 14 was later invalidated in the courts as unconstitutional.

Proposition 14 was a repeal of the Rumford Fair Housing Act, which the California State Legislature passed in 1963.[1]
