California Proposition 14, Rules for Absentee Voting (1914)

Proposition 14 was on the ballot in California in 1914 as an initiated state statute. Its goal was to provide for the issuance of a certificate of identification and ballot to voters who would be absent from their home precincts on election day.

It was defeated at the polls.
