Biography

From 2011 till his appointment as Director of Natural Resources, Clark worked as Chief Legal Counsel for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. Clark worked for more than twenty years at Clark, Quinn, Moses, Scott & Grahn law firm in Indianapolis.[1]
