Cass County is one of 87 counties in Minnesota. As of 2000, the population was 27,150. Its county seat is Walker. A portion of the Leech Lake Indian Reservation is in the county.

The good

The bad

  • While the 2008 budget is posted, other posting have been sporadic at best.[3] The audits haven't been updated from 2005.
