Charlie Parker is a member of the Arlington, Texas City Council, representing District 1. He was first elected to the council in 2012.[1]


Parker holds a B.S. in in Aeronautical Engineering from San Jose State University. His professional experience includes working as a pilot for TWA and American Airlines. He served as a Commander in the U.S. Navy, with deployments to Asia, the Persian Gulf and the Mediterranean Sea.[1]
