Cheryl A. Gray was a Democratic member of the Louisiana State Senate. She represented District 5 from 2008 until her resignation in December 2009. Gray announced she would be leaving her seat in order to spend more time with her husband.[1]

Gray earned her BA from Stanford University in 1990. She went on to receive her J.D. from Tulane University in 1993.
