Chuck Heinlien was a West Virginia Superintendent of Schools. He was serving in an interim capacity, pending the State Board of Education's appointment of a permanent replacement for Heinlein's former boss, Jorea Marple, who was fired by the board on November 15, 2012. Marple was appointed to the position by the state Board of Education on March 1, 2011.[1]
