Chuck Hoskin (b. January 29, 1952) is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 6. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006. Hoskin currently serves as Minority Whip. He previously served as Minority Caucus Leader.

Biography

Hoskin earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education from Northeastern State University. His professional experience includes owning a construction company, working as a journeyman ironworker, as a public school educator and administrator, and as a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service. Hoskin served in the United States Navy.

The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 11, 2014. Incumbent Chuck Hoskin is unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Marshall S. McGuire is unopposed in the Republican primary.[1]
